Online Master’s Degree in Nutrition

Nutrition focuses on the relationship between what a person consumes and their health. This can include food, nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and supplements. The main goal of a nutritionist is to help their clients gain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. They will assess their clients and determine their needs, health, diet, and goals. They will then develop a nutritional plan specifically for each client to help them achieve their goals, whether it’s to lose weight, prevent things like diabetes and high blood pressure, or just to develop a habit of healthy eating.
