Online Master’s Degrees in Iowa

Iowa’s higher education system is composed of nearly 100 colleges and universities, including both public and private two- and four-year institutions. The Iowa Board of Regents oversees the state’s three public universities: the University of Iowa, Iowa State University, and the University of Northern Iowa. Now more than ever, Iowa is taking steps to improve college attainment and increase college graduation rates. One of the state’s initiatives is to make college a reality for Iowans of all financial backgrounds. The hope is to provide more funding to students, therefore reducing student loan debt and improving retention levels. Iowa is home to some of the biggest and most widely recognized universities in the Midwest. Whether you’re a native Iowan or a non-resident, you’re sure to be swept away by the outstanding academics, big school spirit, and friendly people of Iowa.
